  Tatsoi is up there in our favorite greens list.  Quick, vigorous and deeply green, it is essential in our Spring and Fall food mix.  It matures  with a savoy leaf and spreads out into a discus shape with a bouquet of flat "spoons"!  After first weeding, it does a good job boxing out weeds.
