Collection: Peppers

We love peppers.  A crop that requires dedication and time in the Upper Midwest.  The rewards are worth it though.  Roasted red peppers are a family favorite for everything from soups to pizza to pozole.  Hot peppers add the right zing!


Start seeds indoors on a heating mat 8-12 weeks before last frost will give you med-large starts to transplant in Spring.  Usually June 1st is a safe date in Zone 4, May 15th in 5B.
