Kale- Blauwe Groninger OG

Brassica napus.

A vigorous and rambuctious variety coming to us via Experimental Farm Network.   A napus species of kale with purple stems and blue serrated Russian kale leaf look.  Carol Deppe, who spent time breeding this variety, likens it to a "come and cut" variety;  easy enough to chop the whole and plant eat in one meal.  Then grows back again form the many sideshoots it sprouts.
