Corn, Dent Open Oaks Party Mix

A gorgeous dent corn brought to us from Adaptive Seeds.     Our mix was selected one year on our farm, picking the the best plants to save seed from.  An assortment of colors and cobs, this variety brings a delicious  and beautiful corn meal to the table!  THis varieites includes many parents from Wapsie Valley Dent, Vermont Flint, Garland Flint, Italian Polenta and several unnamed dent varieties from a University of Wisconsin breeding project for nutrition.
