Collards- Champion

Brassica oleracea.

One of the best collards for production. Competes well with hybrids. When well-fed, it produces delicious large blue leaves to fill plates. Our favorite green!

Try blanching for a minute, rolling the leaves and freezing.  Let thaw for a easy chiffon cut & great winter side!
