Cabbage- Dottenfielder OG

Brassica oleracea.

80-100 days.  A large storage cabbage, bred by Dietrich Bauer of Bingenheim Seeds and Dottenfelderhof in Germany. This seed was made possibly to us by the generosity of Meadowlark Hearth Biodynamic Seed Intiative.  This variety grows strong DENSE heads of cabbage perfect for the cellar or krauting.  Give 20-24" spacing.  Stays crunchy and squeaky. Surely to be a staple for the end times.
