A de-hybridized baby bok choi offered to OSSI* from Adaptive Seeds. Excellent vigorous growth, lovely light green stems, gives abundantly when sown thickly. Maintains a smaller vase shape with some variation. Thin to 3-6” apart.  Kass says, It is so tender and delicious fresh chopped for a salad with sesame or stir-fried.  This should be a definite standard for home gardeners and CSA folk alike!
