Amaranthus hypochondriacus.

A wonderful addition to any garden, Burgundy brings its vibrant purple color! Alongside that, its young leaves are delicious in salads and the seed grain from dry heads makes excellent porridge. No wonder its been cultivated for hundreds of years!
